Don’t bother ordering anything online. They don’t bother delivering your order, just leave it at a pick up point.. even if the reason you needed delivery was because you are not mobile.
I would not buy anything from Zoomalia.fr. Their customer service people are rude, and they do not follow up on their promises. Product purchased from Zoomalia made my pet sick and eventually killed it. No refund was offered to me to replace my murdered pet. No apologies were offered either. I have reported Zoomalia to the French Customer Service Complaint Department, which I have no hopes for. Do not do work with these amateurs who seem to be in the business of killing pets, and nothing else. I have never seen any other business with so many one-star poor reviews -- EVER! Stay far, far away from these pet murderers.
