I have ordered from them twice so far as the prices of products I needed were much lower than in Ireland. Everything was delivered as ordered, the only inconvenience is a long delivery time, hence four stars only.
Ordered multiple times with Zoomalia as they have a great selection of products which I can't get with local suppliers in Ireland. Unfortunately, almost every order I made I encountered technical issues during checkout.
Additionally, with my latest order, I had a major delivery delay. I followed up with support after 7 days as the order status hasn't updated for several days and stressed that I urgently need the order as it contained special dog food and I was running low. All I was told was that it will arrive and my request to send a replacement or refund since the order seemed lost was denied. After 2 weeks the order has now arrived but I don't need it anymore since I was forced to buy the food elsewhere.
Unfortunately I never got any apologies or make-good offer for the long waiting time. Very disappointed overall.
