disappointed

I was happy with Zoomalia, but I placed an order for my dog's food on August 9th and haven't received anything. It's impossible to contact them. I've left several messages and emails, including on Facebook, and no one has responded. There's no phone number to call. I'm totally disappointed. On the Zoomalia website, my order appears as being processed, but it hasn't even been shipped. My dog ​​has no food left. I'm very disappointed this time.

Nice webstore, but selling old food.

Ordered at zoomalia for the first time, website works good, lots of different products offered.
Ordered multiple products, and so far there good.

But the reason for 2 star's is that the kat food i ordered from yara, is 3 months away from going over the expirationation date, while normally it last for about 12 months. these are big bags so my cat can never finish it in time, so its very expensive if you have to throw away a large part of the food.

If Zoomalia wants to offer old batches of food, thats ok if they would add the exspiredate on the website of old batches so people know what there buying,

Damaged goods, horrible support refused reporting it

All is fine with this company until you have an issue and you need to contact them. Their support is absolutely stubborn. After seeing the delivery guy (DPD) abusing and kicking my package while yelling, he refused to take the package back at my door or even write a damage report (while I've never signed for it). After being in contact with DPD support they refer me back to Zoomalia for damage compensation, which is the regular way. Zoomalia repeatedly refuses to send my damage report through to DPD. Even as it is their obligation as an EU internet seller. It wouldn't even cost them anything since it is DPD's fault and they are insured for it. Now I'm left with half an order of broken boxes inside... I'm never buying here again, the risk of something going wrong is too big and then with this kind of attitude from Zoomalia you're screwed.

Appearing good prices but a lot of…

Appearing good prices but a lot of hidden fees. It's like booking a low cost airline ticket... who would expect a 1 euro administration fee after you already selected the payment method. 1 euro is not much, but I feel tricked!

My first experience with Zoomalia.nl

After reading many negative reviews of orders not being delivered, broken or wrong delivered I was a little scared but the good prices made me give them a try. I payed extra for PayPal just in case it wouldn’t be delivered.

I ordered on the 6th. Four or five days later status still wasn’t updated so I contacted them through the website. They replied within hours with the message that the package left the warehouse at the 9th. At the 12th DPD updated that the package arrived in Belgium and the 14th it arrived in the Netherlands. Finally at the 17th our order got delivered at our house. It was a simple order but all was there and none damaged.

So it took a long time (11 days) but it got delivered fine, tracking was good and contact with them trough the website was answered very fast.
