Regarding the material, we take great pride in ensuring 100% authenticity. Merino wool naturally has a soft texture, but softness alone does not define its quality. While some acrylic or polyester blends may feel softer in comparison, this does not mean they are of higher quality.

Additionally, this product was part of our clearance sale, as it has been in stock for over two years. We heavily discounted it to clear our shelves, and typically, clearance items are not eligible for returns since they may be older stock or slightly imperfect.
