I have tried several times to leave a review on their app, but they don’t approve it. I bought a pack of Felix cat food, 120 pouches (mixed). My cat vomited after every feeding. Since it was a mixed pack, I tried all four flavors, and it was the same every time. This food should be withdrawn from sale!!!

Absolutely unacceptable experience.

I reached out to this company several times and never received a single reply. They asked for my phone number, claiming I hadn’t provided it — I sent it to them within 30 seconds. After that, complete silence. No package, no response, nothing.

I waited like a fool, sent follow-up emails, and finally decided to go with their competition — who at least know how to communicate with customers.

Since they claim that customer feedback matters to them, they’ll get mine — everywhere I can leave a review. And yes, it’s a 1-star rating. They’ve more than earned it.

Worst online pet food store that exists. Prices are sometimes higher than in retail. They offer charity points but you cant give them to charity (which you cant even check if they actually do it) except if you buy overpriced products from them. Go support your local pet store. If you are a regular you can always make these owners of small stores listen to your needs. Zooplus is listening to their greed for profit over everything else.
