To return and not received a single response. It is very poor so please respond to my email. Very difficult to return an item and will put me off ordering again.

Poor execution

Placed order on 16/12/25, received order confirmation email then no communication. On 29/12/25 I emailed asking how my order was progressing . On 02/01/26 I received a reply saying that my order was “stuck “ in the system and the item was no longer available. How “stuck the order was I don’t know, the money had already been taken from my card. Then offered refund and a ‘generous’ 10% off my next order. Needless to say there won’t be one, so much for famed German efficiency.

Maybe 2 stars are low,.. and if I get it sorted I will raise it to 4

I like Zoot, I ordered from you in the past, with fantastic results. Very happy. So I ordered this time a cycling bib, a matching tank and a short for tri- and a bikini bottom with a different style, because I thought it was fun. Unfortunately the shorts that arrived where not the ones I ordered, and are not matching with the t-shirt, and are of a completely different style.
I need to figured out how to get the matching shorts now.

Fit was not ok, measured following size chart and the race fit information. Ok that happens, but cost for delivery + return was up to 30€, and now i still don't have a trisuit. Would like to try the medium, but then again i have to pay for delivery, and maybe return...

Placed 2 orders - still waiting 3 weeks later

Placed 2 orders, spent €300+, 3 weeks on, no delivery.

Apparently BOTH orders were returned to shipper.

Embarrassingly bad, no apologies, no discount, no customer service.

Ordered 2 Tri-Suits for style. Kept one and returned the other. Am still awaiting the refund on the item I returned.

we're very sorry that there are problems with your return that are not our responsibility. In order to refund returned goods, it is essential that the goods are returned to us and that we actually have them in our hands. This hasn't happened in your case yet. We have tried to explain this to you in numerous emails. Obviously, the parcel service you used didn't do a very good job, but that is, again, not our responsibility. As previously promised, we would accept your return even though your return period has long since expired. Hopefully, you have reported the loss to your sender in the meantime; they have your package. Hopefully this will all clear up.

Tri-suits lack quality control

Talking about Tri-suits. Products look and feel good. There is something wrong with the quality or at least with quality control. I have worn my suit in two competitions and four training sessions, and it is already showing wear and tear. I have been training with a Kiwami suit for the majority of my trainings (9months) and there is no visible damage on that suit. I would have expected a 300€ suit to have lasted longer. I also contacted Zoot to ask about this quality issue and they stated that: "The material used is the same as the previous models and has no changes in composition or workmanship" and "The suit fabric is specifically designed for aerodynamic performance, lightness, and comfort—but not designed to withstand constant mechanical friction.". Apparently I lost 300€ on this suit. I'm writing this here so that everybody else can think twice about spending the money on a suit that might break and if so, customer service isn't willing to help. This is my experience and I'm not happy about this. I really like the suit in every other way. I just don't have the money to buy a new suit every year.

From the picture it looks not like a product failure, more that something was rubbing against the fabric for example a bag on the top-tube or the velcro of that bag.
