Hello citizens, I work for a local newspaper in Barcelona. For 18 months, we have collected a wide variety of medications shipped from the United Kingdom, all through websites like onlinezopiclone.com, cheapsleepingpills, and others—basically, all those that require payment in Bitcoin.

The result, after sending this wide variety of medications to an independent laboratory, is that 100% of them contained none of the advertised active ingredients.

We believe that the criminal network behind this modus operandi is the same one that sells all the counterfeit medications. We are exploring how to submit our investigation to Europol so that they can take action against this criminal network.

In the meantime, we strongly advise against purchasing any purported medication from the United Kingdom sold using this cryptocurrency payment method, since, as we indicated, none of the 14 medications we acquired showed any trace of any active ingredient.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I have used them for over a year and up until May of 2025 I always received my order to the UK within around 10 days.
In July however my order took around 3.5 weeks and although I had constant communication with them it was always the same email response (auto generated it felt) so never really answered my questions but the order did eventually arrive so I put it down to a 1 off situation.
Placed another order on the 11th Sept and something had changed?
The way the payment and order confirmation emails were written, the address they was coming from, the name from the person sending the emails etc etc, it was all different!.
From the moment I paid it has been radio silence.
I’ve had one single reply to over 20 emails trying to assure me my order was sent however tracking cannot be given this time as it wasn’t a tracked service they use to keep costs down (I’ve always had a tracking code from them for my previous orders)
Now over one month on from sending my payment I still have no order and it is radio silence.
No replies at all to direct emails, online contact form messages, the email with the strange address etc they are just blatantly ignoring me….i know this because I sent a direct email to them from another email address I have claiming to be a new customer and the response was almost instant!
It’s safe to assume this company sadly has turned out like all the rest and decided to start scamming people instead and it’s such a shame as I used to sing their praises.
Now I’m in a battle to get a refund, I have spoken with citizens advice and have also been in touch with a company online that helps with companies like this so if anyone from ZopicloneUK reads this just know that all the details I have for you ranging back to when I first placed an order, all the different bank details I’ve used over the past year, the different email addresses I’ve had communication with you from, the I.P addresses to the websites, different names you have used etc etc are all on the radar so your scam won’t last much longer. Either send me a refund or send me my medication.

These scammers like to write on their website that shipments take 1 week.

In my case (I am in the Netherlands) I paid for a shipment on May the 17th 2025, only on May the 30th they shipped it.
On the 20th of June the customs in the Netherlands seized the package and considered it a prohibited item and shipped it back to the sender (in UK) after asking for an importing fee which i also paid.

After contacting customer support for a refund they never replied.

In summary:
shipment will take more than 1 month, and only if customs doesn't seize it you might receive it. Any possible refund its at your own risk. Not recommended

had a very good experience customer service excellent they delivered the tablets within three days unbelievable if you are uk based would rate them definitely five stars
