I only gave a "1" score on this experience because there is no lower number. This experience was a total scam. I orerdered products that were presented with a photo and a price; I received only half of my order. When I wrote to let them know, I was informed that they only meant the "blush and eye shadow for that price"--the make-up compact and two brushes pictured in the advertisement were not included. Yet the advertisement showed the photo of all of the items for that price. I informed them that this was false advertising. They were cordial with replies, and invited me to return my product, but to do so I had to pay the return fee which would be more than half of what I originally paid for the products!
