Excellent service, fast, friendly and professional. I needed a reclining chair for a few days, to use during my recovery after a surgery - everything was arranged smoothly, in a flexible manner. I would use it again and I recommend Zorgpunt!

Incompetent and expensive
Very expensive compared to other service providers. They have 0 respect for customers. They are incompetent and couldn't even help with insurance reimbursement paperwork, causing me to pay 2000 euros out of pocket, while it could be much cheaper if I chose another company.
I'm very lucky that I have recovered from the medical condition that I had, bit the bitter experience caused by Zorgpunt stays with me.

Order and delivery perfect
Ordering was easy (clear website, good instructions), communication/confirmation before delivery was done as promised; driver was on time (even early) and did a splendid job with installation and explaining the functions of the bed. It's not rocket science but a good example of great service. Friendly and helpful driver, quick service: bed was assembled quickly, packaging materials removed, all good!
