Excellent customer service!

Last year I bought a single C-190 wifi camera and it suddenly stopped working. I followed the instructions to reconnect it but no image would transmit. So, I sent a message to get support. I chatted with Shirley and she was able to pull up my original order. She quickly resolved my problem by sending me a new, upgraded model. She was very helpful and provided the tracking number. I received the new camera, connected and it is working great. This is excellent customer service thanks to Shirley! I will recommend Zosi Technology to my friends.

We replaced our old system with your
Zosi H265+ HD 1080P DVR 16 channel last year but forgot the password.
when the world around us was closing are doors
yet we still where able to keep believing in our Fathers
Church one day we will be able to reopen our doors and there where still good people in this World that still believe in others in a time of need and Thanks to our Support teem John helped us through this . even our Father house needs to be watched over while we sleep and it's good to have a reliable system .

It amazing experience l have had

It amazing experience l have had
I purchased zosi cameras in 2020 but did not install them
before Two months ago I turned it on and it dazzled me with its performance and quality
But I forget the password then today contact with zosi support center and as fast as quickly they send me email with all information I need it within 3 hours

Great support for resetting password

John helped me log back in to my session by resetting my password. His impeccable timing was great, I got the response in no time and was able to start my session. I am grateful for the support and timing response, Thank You.

A word of thanks to Doris for all her help in getting my Zozi DVR to display on my cell phone. Sometimes technology gets the best of us Seniors! She took the time to work with me through the confusion of setting up the system. Job well done!

Very helpful and quick responses

My CCTV cameras went offline today, and I could not view anything. I contacted the firm & they e-mailed me a step by step guide to sort them out. Fast service and would recommend.

Solutions for the system freezing up.

This is a follow-up to your previous request #10055635 "System freezes up"

I had an issue with the live stream not being shown smoothly and was skipping frames and also the system was freezing up at random and had to reboot each time to make it work again. I contacted customer service and Cathy sent me an updated firmware file that seemed to fix all my issues. The cameras are running smoothly with no hesitation since the updated file. Great security system now! Appreciate her help.

The customer service at Zosi made my…

The customer service at Zosi made my day! I was stuck without a password for my security DVR and didn't know what to do about it. I contacted Zosi by email and heard back from them in a few hours. They gave me the help I needed to get into my DVR and I am very grateful. It's nice to have a company stand behind their product.

No support someone called John emailed…

No support someone called John emailed who seemed to have no idea. Asked for model number screens shots etc which I sent and got an email to watch a video...!

No support after that even after I sent emails asking for a reply.

The issue I have is the app won’t go past 84% and aske to try again??

Can anyone help or has had the same problem?

Fast, friendly &quality.

If you want quick, friendly and great customer service, Zosi is the brand. John helped me out, with haste. I even missed the 1st email and he followed up. Couldn't ask for better service. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Great, Fast, Accurate, Friendly Service!

I needed help because I lost/forgot the password to the Zosi DVR. After providing them with the information they needed regarding my specific model, they sent me a way to reset and access the recorded data. This all happened on the very same day (and within hours) of my request to them.
