I brought 2 “gift sets” from this company to gift to my brothers. The package arrived damaged and the packaging of the products themselves were a cheap plastic material and not anything like the quality displayed on their website.
I was extremely disappointed as I had spent almost £200 on gifts that were definitely not worth the price.
I was in touch with customer service and was assured a full refund.
I have yet to receive the refund and the company has not been in touch with any kind of update.

Edit: the company was quick to contact me after writing this review and has refunded the full amount.

Misleading images. I brought the gift set for my partner because of the nice packaging of shampoo and beard balm but was given total different packaging.

This was a blind purchase I can’t smell the product through the internet so I purely brought the product because the package looked like a nice gift. But instead I received the products in boring packaging of tubes and tubs nothing like the fancy shampoo pump bottle and beard balm in the nice glass jar pictured on the listing!

When I emailed them about this they said they’ve ran out of their normal packaging and this boring packaging is going to used until April. But why not temporarily remove the pictures of the nice packaging and leave only the pictures of the standard boring packaging or add to the description that we won’t receive the glass jar.

I looked up reviewed on TikTok etc prior to buying this and seen everyone else get the beard balm in the glass jar so had no idea that this is not what I’d receive.

They didn’t offer no solution or apology for misleading me into buying this product. it would’ve been nice to acknowledge they falsely advertised the product and compensated me somehow by offering some sort of refund or something since they claim the fancy packaging is out of stock but none of that was offered and I can’t be bothered returning it.

Wouldn’t order again! Very annoyed. If your buying off here cos it looks nice and u think it will make a nice gift then don’t bother.

I also opened the beard balm to smell it and it doesn’t have a scent. I thought it would’ve have a nice oud smell to it but it doesn’t. All those saying it smells good are either lying or I’ve got a defective item idk

The absolute best gift I have purchased for my husband. The combination of shea butter and oud make this an incredibly outstanding product. He loves how much it's made his beard so much softer and I love how good he smells. It has a very long lasting fragrance which also set it aside from others on the market. It's the best beard product he has used and if you were in 2 minds about this please don't be i promise you you will not be disappointed. Delivery was fast and I will be regularly buying this massive thanks to the company for producing such a brilliant product.

This is some of the best beard products I've ever used. It makes my beard ultra soft and very healthy. The scent profile is second to none! I love the oud scent, it is my absolute favorite note. Keep up the good work. The only thing I would ask for us a little more oud!

Very bad service. Ordered before xmas as a main gift for my partner. Delivery failed even though I was home and have a ring door bell. Second delivery not attempted and both times say that the items have been sent back to sender. Very upset and i have had no correspond and spent a-lot of money! Who knows where the package is? Emailed and Dm’d. If no response a chargeback will be opened……

I was very excited to try this product as i think it is very innovative and a lovely idea. The smell is nice and quite subtle so not overpowering at all. The consistency is quite waxy therefore it holds the hair in place well. The customer service is fantastic and they definitely do prioritise customer satisfaction.
