ZPM PROPERTY SERVICES LTD 

We had a problem with our old boiler. So I asked my colleagues who recommended ZPM and I contacted Jason. He came round and checked the heating system throughly. As the boiler was very old it needed replacing. He quoted and arranged to install the new boiler within a week. He completed the work in a very professional manner and came back to check the system after two weeks and even fitted a radiator valve for free. He is very reliable and does what says he does. So I highly recommend him.

Jason has been brilliant. He helped us out a real hole last Christmas when we had been let down and had lots of issues with the boiler and heating. he made the time really quickly and was very efficient. Checked all the radiators and did a first class job. We have just used him again on another job. Again very efficient.His rates are very reasonable. he is polite, punctual and does a first class job. I do not hesitate to recommend him. If it breaks down again he will come back until it is sorted. Top class.

We have used Jason for a few small plumbing problems this year. He turns up on time and does a good job at a very reasonable cost. We had a problems with bath taps which he tried to repair. When the repair did not work, he did not charge for his time to put in replacement taps.

ZPM (Jason) gives very reasonable quotes, and is very dependable and reliable. He arrived on time that was agreed. Workmanship is excellent, he know his stuff well. This is the third time we took his service, he is very quite and does his work quitely.

The work he does is to a very high standard. There is no mess left behind, everytime its been the same level of service. He takes extra care to ensure there is no damage while he is doing the work.

His recommendations are sensible, would not unnecessarily push you into 'change this...change that.. this needs changing etc..'

A very honest and reliable man that you can depend on. If you need any boiler service or any other service he has to offer, he is your man 100% recommended he wont let you down.

Arrived when he said he will, did what had been agreed and no unexpected expenses, and for a reasonable price. So impressed so we signed up for the Emergency cover even though we already have cover included with the home insurance. I like the idea of being sure that someone competent will come out in an emergency and knowing that the problem will be sorted properly rather than just being a quick fix to stop the immediate emergency.

ZPM can be relied on in sorting out problems around the house - heating, plumbing, etc. As well as new installations. Fast response, efficient, professional, trust worthy, sensible pricing. Quality work, honest, cares about reputation. I used ZPM several times over the past year and will continue in future. 100% recommended. This is how service businesses should be.

Good value for money for an excellent service

Our tenant reported a leak in the airing cupboard on a Sunday afternoon. We rang ZPM and an hour later an engineer was there to investigate and temporarily fixed the problem. He then returned for a thorough investigation the next day to carry out the job and advised us what we should do next.
After talking to our tenant, we have all agreed that ZPM is reliable, efficient and reasonable. We would highly recommend ZPM to anyone who needs to carry out regular repairs/maintenance to their house.

After being let down by another firm we found ZPM online and arranged an appointment. Jason arrived on time, worked neatly and creatively and were charged what had been quoted for the work done. Very pleased with the service.

Jason's knowledge and respectful, can-do attitude really are remarkable. Not only will he diagnose problems accurately and efficiently but he will solve them in a way that is best for the homeowner. He does not cut corners. He is honest. He carries out his work professionally, skilfully and diligently. I feel completely reassured that any work he does will be done to the highest standard.
I really do wish Jason all the best in his business as he is someone who deserves to do very, very well. I will certainly never use any other plumber/gas engineer as long as he is working in MK!
