I contacted ZR Tyres in Lincoln after my 20-year-old daughter was stranded with a flat tyre in the middle of nowhere on a country lane, with no spare or repair kit.

They provided an excellent service from start to finish. They responded quickly, arrived exactly when they said they would, and handled the situation professionally and calmly, which was very reassuring given the circumstances.

We used What3Words to pinpoint her exact location, which made it easy for them to find her quickly even in a remote rural area.

The technician got her back on the road efficiently and explained everything clearly. As a parent, it was a huge relief to have such prompt and reliable help in what was quite a stressful situation.

I would highly recommend ZR Tyres and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I have an old Defender which is difficult to get tyres for.
Halfords said they could not help as did Kwik fit website.
I went to ZR Lincoln and they could not have been more helpful. They investigated and obtained a new set of tyres within ten days.
Complete set fitted for an amazing price.
Wonderful staff and service.

Had a nail in my tyre and after trying other local garages who couldn't help I phoned ZR Tyres. From the initial phone call to the service in branch the whole process took less than an hour. They offered me various price options before they started work and all the staff were so helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend ZR Tyres 😊

Had my Volvo at ZR today. Fast tyre fix and great attitude from staff and management. I have all my car tyres done at ZR.

A brilliant garage that I couldn’t recommend more. I’ve had no end of car drama with my Nissan Almera this past week or so and they’ve got me in on short notice on both occasions, had the work done within 24 hours on both occasions AND quoted/charged me less than my usual garage on both occasions too! You can’t ask more than that!

Tom (the manager I believe) has been so kind, helpful and knowledgeable too. I’m pretty clueless with cars, but they’ve explained everything to me and really earned my trust.

Really can’t thank the Lincoln ZR team enough and definitely got a regular customer in me from now on!!!

Fantastic customer service, Connor and the team are extremely friendly and accommodating. Very Reliable and efficient! Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Would recommend!

I have to commend the staff at ZR tyres in Lincoln in particular Connor...He is always polite, welcoming and accommodating.
When the lock down happened I needed to sort my MOT out but then the Government announced the change. However since he opened he has managed to fit me in quickly and sort my car out.I would highly recommend this company.

My daughter was in Lincoln for a few weeks and had what she thought was a slow puncture. It was an issue with the alloy wheel which ZR Tyres resolved quickly. They were very helpful with her and very honest and resolved a couple of other issues with the car. I'm really grateful to them for their treatment of her and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I really sorry, but the company promised 72 hours delivery, after the ordering. It passed more then a week, when I got the 4 tyres. The ordering was correct, I also got the confirmation letter from the ordering, but the transporting was late, and late, and late. I really sorry, but I paid in time, gave all details, what you asked. During that time I can not use my car! Every day I must cycling 2 hours to get the job... It was a nightmare! This is a reason for the 2 stars. Thanks!

I have used this company twice now to order new tyres for my wife's car and not only is their website easy to use and order but they are quick with delivery. Will use them again when we need more. Long may they continue

The tyres were not in stock. This is okay BUT when you order they guarantee delivery times within 72hrs and don't inform you about stock.
Very sad as was not offered an apology just blamed on head office.
Would have been nice if they could have acted on the failed guarantee and offered money off or such.

I had no problem with ordering my tyres, it was over the Easter holiday so I expected them to be delivered a bit later than expected. I phoned your customer services to check what the situation was, the guy phoned me back after he checked if they were on the van and said I would get the
m on the Thursday or Friday morning which was fine, they arrived on Thursday . I will certainly be using this company again

I found ZRtyres.co.uk to be quick and easy to use and priced cheaper than elsewhere. The price on the site was the price I paid, no extras. The guys at Lincoln were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend.

I was unsure about which brand to get, but after a conversation with a sales rep, my decision was easy....
Web site was easy to navigate....
Only recommendation would be to let the customer know when tyre are dispatch, the 72 hours delivery time to open....

Service is still Excellent!!!!!! Keep up the good work....
