I had a very unprofessional interaction…

I had a very unprofessional interaction with a team member from Ztorespot.com. They initiated contact via WhatsApp without my request and repeatedly misgendered me despite being corrected. When I questioned their approach, they responded rudely with inappropriate and irrelevant replies like “Did I mention myself as female?”, then deleted their messages.

Instead of resolving the issue respectfully, they tried to deflect blame and never offered a sincere apology. For a company claiming to serve 5,000+ clients, their customer service, language skills, and communication standards are shockingly poor.

This kind of behavior raises serious doubts about the legitimacy and professionalism of the business. I cannot recommend Ztorespot.com to anyone looking for a reliable or respectful service.

My Experience on Ztorespot

I have created a bakery on this platform. Using Ztorespot is really wonderful. The customer service is excellent and the site is very easy to use. They answered many questions and helped to establish the shop. My shop's Google ranking ranks are likewise quite good. Regards, Ztorespot and crew
