I ordered online didn’t read reviews luckily the money never came out my account, tried calling the number doesn’t exist no more I tried email nothing so I take it they no longer trade so why are there website still online and why is klarna still taking money for this company luckily they only hold the money and not send it till they ship so I wouldn’t bother ordering off this site

This is no good website. I ordered my parfume Michael kors delivery in a 2,3 days but now is gone 1 month I am still waiting but I didn't receive yet.i send msg and email they no repliyed. They no give me back my money its is so expensive parfume.so guys plz becarfull I think this website is fake.
Zulips claim that they ship within 1 day & deliver within 2-5 days. They also claim that you can 'easily contact them in 3 different ways'. Well all I can say to this is 'good luck with that'! It's now 6 days since placing an order for an in stock item & not only has my not arrived, it hasn't been updated on the website either .. where it simply says 'unfulfilled' ... you ain't kidding me! I have tried to ring them on the supplied phone number around 30 times, it never rings out. I have also emailed them, messaged them via the website & tried to initiate live chat with them numerous times with no success or reply. I would say if you're thinking of placing an order with them, don't bother. The negative comments about this company here speak for themselves. A disgrace !

So I agree they have good prices!!! Customer experience is not so good. Unable to contact by phone, never reply to emails, no matter how many you send. Live chat unremarkable to be honest. My perfume did eventually arrive today. The value was over £80.00 and to be honest I did fear to ever getting it. I was also looking forward to getting “All Perfume Purchase from £51 to £100 will receive 8 Free Samples valued at £40.” As stated on their website. I wasn’t totally surprised that these samples weren’t included in my package. Tried phoning but the line immediately cuts out!!! Live chat, still waiting!!! Can’t say I’ll use this company again.
Just received my Tom Ford perfume. Very satisfied with the service they have offered. Excellent customer service that were very helpful. Highly recommended. Also my perfumes were original and authentic. I would come back for more
