Their phone number doesn't work and it is almost impossible to get support.

Garbage, product is totally unreliable and very expensive for what it is. Terrible support, no one answering the phones. Almost as if they’ve already gone bust. Just avoid the headache and don’t buy this rubbish

Zuma is a very frustrating product, when it works the sound is great, but invariably it frequently stops and has problems maintaining a network connection or even connecting to begin with. I have bought a wifi booster to see if that corrects the problem, and I would be able to tell you if this worked but the FAQ's instructions about changing network require a technology qualification and do not tie up with the App. Having left several messages on the contact number with no reply, in fact don't think any messages are actually recorded. So I tried contacting the email help and the service is absolutely appalling. Basically, the response time can be measured in glacial terms. I get a question every two days so it is a week and I am still no nearer to being able to use a product that costs upwards of £5000.
All I can say buyer beware, with hindsight I would not have bought this product it could be 5 star but in reality it's one star because it fails to work and there is no support to rectify any issues.

Maybe one of the worst apps and products I've ever used as a tech. Good luck using Alexa too as still in Beta plus awful integration or lack of it - and good look using a set of repeaters!. Expensive product with all the sales patter but very little user experience that just work. Only positive was Good sound but a total unthoughtout product.

I spent £13000.00 yes thirteen thousand on whole house with Zumba speakers and lights only to found out its not reliable DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT customer service don’t even answer calls or call back even after leaving message

Great safe, friendly and professional

We have 7 speakers (plus lights) in our new kitchen and bar area. Great sound quality. We had a bit of trouble setting them up but great customer service. They are happy to come out to your house and help you get it working as it should.

I love the product. Hands down. Have it installed in seven different rooms around my (large and old) house. Sound quality is amazing and customer support have solved any issues that I ran into. App is super easy to use and stays updated.

The light can be turned off all the time if you only want to use speaker, and can be controlled by TV remote control.
Chauncey was super attentive and patient with my problem setting up, it turned out to be the problem of my internet server, he came to fix it and done the set up for us.

Incredible! Easy install, no need for the custom-install guys to be in the house for weeks. We were up and running within a couple of minutes. Sound is amazing for the size and app is very easy to use with the ability to use existing light switches an added benefit.

Complete waste of a lot of money m. I didn’t a fortune on Zume lights & speakers. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Lights need to be on, struggle to set favourites, speakers drop in & out which is plane embarrassing when guests are around & can’t believe I wasted 5k on lights which aren’t that bright and speakers that are rubbish. Be warned - great concept but hideous execution. I have receipts & genuine review. Feel like i have been robbed. Be warned

I first saw and heard about this product at my client’s house and I fallen in love with it, I bought 3 spotlight-speakers and I’m very pleased, I have recommended to families and friends. I love music, if you do too then worth having them

I have two Zuma units installed in my study and I am absolutely delighted with them. The stereo effect is very noticeable and even at higher volume the sound is clear and crisp. Can’t recommend them highly enough

While the unit was ok to install, control on the app and play a variety of sources through, I would not recommend getting only 1 without having something to augment the bass frequencies (my bathroom is very small) because the Zuma is too bright and a little shrill, in my view - especially at higher volumes.
