I had to put at least one star as a…

I had to put at least one star as a review. This website is a scam! I paid for 3 sets of pajamas and it took over 2 months to receive one set. By that time my grandbaby wasn't able to wear them since it was a newborn size. The company said they would send a size larger but it never happened. They also won't reimburse you when you request it A very bad bad company and it all comes from China. Buy local!!

Would not order again

Ordered halloween pj for the grandchildren October 4th. Sat in China for weeks before being sent out. Fortunately received them this weekend. Runs small in the toddler sizes. Should have ordered up. Once wash and dry and they will probably be too small for the one grand. Material is thin and not for cooler weather sleeping. Can see through the material when wearing in the bum area.

Fake Company

I placed an order for a baby zippy with pic of my daughter’s cat on it as a baby shower gift which is on October 25th. That was on October 3, 2025 and it still has not been processed!!! I too have been emailing them and they just continue to lie. I requested a full refund which they refused, claiming “it’s in production” so I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the purchase.

SCAM

Ordered from them over a month ago. After a week I got an email my order had shipped with a link. The shipping information had “in process” for over two weeks with no actual shipping updates on location. I outreached customer service and was told it had shipped and would arrive in 10 days even though by that point it had already been over 10 days. They would not cancel my order or give a refund. Then the shipping started updating (so they had never actually gave it to the carrier until I outreached) and when the package arrived there was only one item of the three I ordered!! They have horrible customer service, what a waste of time and money. I was hoping to have matching outfits for the hospital for me and my baby but it this point the baby will be here before I get my order or a refund. Never order from this company!

Poor quality control, slow shipping, unresponsive customer service

Took item a month to arrive.
Item was defective. (Baby sleeper was "puckered", free bib was stained).
Contacted customer service via email.
Had several back-and-forths over a few weeks (they are slow to respond) and was promised a replacement.
Did not receive replacement, did not get a tracking number.
Now they are not responding to my emails.

Scam

Wish I had read these reviews before I bought from them. The website seemed legit and I placed a big order on December 2nd, 2024. It’s now the 19th and no word, shipping hasn’t been updated since the 4th, I’ve emailed their customer service twice and reached out on instagram and nothing. And on top of it all, I now have to go out and get last-minute gifts in person since it’s too late to order anything. Very pissed and thinking of taking legal action since it seems like this is happening to a lot of people

Stay far away from this company

Stay far away from this company! They lie about their shipping times and I no longer need the item since I needed it as a gift for today and it hasn’t even shipped yet. After placing the order and seeing it hadn’t shipped after the time it said it would, I tried to contact the company to cancel though e-mail, phone, Instagram, tik tok and Facebook messenger without a single response. There is no point in them even shipping the items anymore, since I had to rush to get new gifts for the kids I needed them for, but you can’t even cancel the order.

I ordered baby pajamas 2 months ago and…

I ordered baby pajamas 2 months ago and they still have not arrived. The carrier this company uses said my address was invalid (which it wasn’t unless Zumbamoo gave them the wrong one). I’ve called to confirm my address three times now, and Zumbamboo supposedly called as well. It’s been 20 days since the package said it was returned to the hub. Zumbamboo continues to tell me to “wait” for my package to arrive. These are baby clothes and will not fit them by the time the package actually comes, if ever. I’ve demanded a refund and now it’s radio silence from Zumbamboo. Do not order from them.

I think it may be a scam

I think it may be a scam! I placed an order on 9/25/24 and still haven’t received shipping información as of today, 10/10. I reached out to customer service and haven’t received a response. Unfortunately my order included Halloween-themed jammies, which will be too late.
