Having my phonenumber because of verification does not mean you can mis use it.
I have received about 60 to 80 phonecalls in 1 week time for some kind of promo.
I contacted support, they told me they will put me on a no call and still i receive 10 calls daily.

I have faced on this platform, they have prevented me from successfully withdrawing my funds. The practices seams to appear to contradict fair gaming regulations and responsible conduct. Below, I will outline the key issues in detail:
1. Inconsistent Withdrawal Process:
Initially, I was informed that I could not withdraw to the verified credit card I used for deposits and was asked to provide a Dutch IBAN.
After complying and attempting a withdrawal to my Dutch IBAN or other, the request were declined, and I was asked to reverify the credit card—despite it being impossible to use for withdrawals and no longer active.
2. Lack of Clarity and Platform Limitations, hiding behind there rules agreements and statements you accepted while making a account.
The platform allows deposits from any credit card (including cards belonging to third parties) without requiring verification. Yet, for withdrawals, additional verifications are imposed without prior notice or justification. Even between cancelling withdrawals by yourself as declining withdrawals by there customer service
The platform does not provide a clear way to update or change withdrawal methods, effectively trapping users in a cycle of impossible requirements.
3. Result is financial Loss Due to Systemic Delays:
My inability to withdraw funds forced me to forfeit multiple bonuses and continue wagering additional amounts, as bonuses were automatically credited to my account. This led to significant financial losses.
After fulfilling the wagering requirements for a bonus, I was penalized unfairly when the casino removed €40 from my account, allegedly due to a maximum cash-out limitation.
These actions collectively suggest that the casino may be employing delay tactics to avoid processing legitimate withdrawals. Such practices are as far i am concerned not only unethical but i think it is also be in violation of the licensing requirements and regulations to which the casino is subject.
@zumo. This was the thirth time i required to do the same verification i passed two times before in a year. So sure it is frustrating! But asking me to verificate again and again knowing the number of the credit card i maybe only used two times in the first 4 deposits and after that never again because it was imposseble to 1. Withdrawel to the given Iban connected to that card. 2. I was paying with another card after the two deposits mentioned above as i also needed a proof of payment for the new card i used after the first deposits i made after using the card you needed verification for(again)
it had nothing to do with this withdrawel in the first place because it was impossible to withdraw to, as well i was depositing for a long time with the right card connected to the Iban that fitted your requirements for withdrawels. I also proofed the old card earlyer on and it was verificated by you as well. You asked a proof of payment from a card i did not use for a long time that was verified by you as it fits the requirements for deposits but not fitted your requirements to withdraw to. So it was Bull shit didnt add anything to my verification because i was verificated untill i tried to make a withdrawel.
