Der Verkauf hat eine falsche Bestellung ausgelöst, trotz richtigen angaben. Es wurden mir 20% Verkaufspreis abgezogen. Vorkasse. Laut Vertragsbedingungen, meinen Sie, sind Sie im Recht. So geht die Firma mit Neukunden um. Ich mal die Chefetage hat sich nicht einmal entschuldigt und mir den Betrag zurückerstattet!
