Good quality product. I am lactose intolerant and the one I bought has very low levels of lactose and I can already notice some difference in my diet after a week and is really tasty (specially with no sugar yogurt).
Also pretty fast and trustworthy delivery. 10/10 experience!

No downsides in my experience

Zumub used to be a good supplier to me…
Zumub used to be a good supplier to me , well that will be until you have an issue with them. I ortderd protein bars with low sugar , as per their website description. When i received them, they had completely different Nutritional content with 13g of sugar instead of 0,6 g. Was I not attentive to this they would have tricked me as a custiommer.
When i sent them an email, they blamed it on an update, and didnt want to assume full responsibility to fully refund the item. This is not the level of custommer support we expect in Denmark. So, you should avoid buying from them, as they will try to trick you when you need support.

Unacceptable handling of a damaged delivery
My order arrived with items missing and egg whites leaking throughout the package. I contacted Zumub immediately. Instead of resolving the issue, they deflected responsibility to DHL and claimed they would follow up. That was the last I heard from them.
To be clear: I am not DHL’s customer—Zumub is. It’s not my responsibility to wait while they sort things out internally. I paid Zumub for a complete and intact order, and they failed to deliver. Ignoring follow-up messages only adds to the frustration.
