JUST PAY UP!
This company does not care about the circumstances of the loan. I actually went to a school that was closed for fraudulent loan practices. They could care less. The processes are not explained and they change your account manager without notice. I've had 8 different people since 2010. How stupid is it to add $10,000 in "collections" fees to a defaulted loan? I didn't ignore their calls, I explained what was going on, and it still defaults and they added 10K for calling me. I've set up AutoPay multiple times and every time they tell me an amount I agree to and then I get a notice saying the amount has gone up. Every time....I can honestly say having them as a student loan servicer is a horrible burden. I want to refinance but the payment history on this loan and the default destroyed my credit so there went that. I see why people are moving to foreign countries and never coming back. I want to pay but this variable interest is racketeering! I had been throwing money in the trash with them for years just so every four months they can jack up their predatory interest rates. Biggest regret of my life. Don't trust the TrustPilot review it's a lie. Go and read their reviews on Google and you'll see the truth.

We understand the terms of a promissory note can be overwhelming and your account manager is prepared to provide answers to your questions and help you through the repayment of your loan. When you have a variable rate loan, the payment amount will fluctuate with the market. Unfortunately we are in a time period with the economy where your rate index (LIBOR or Prime) has increased. When the index increases, the payment amount sometimes must also increase in order to make sure your loan balance is paid within the maximum term allowed in your promissory note. If your loan is in default and you are unable to pay the past due amount, please discuss with your account manager the option for the rehabilitation program. This allows you to resolve the default after a series of qualifying monthly payments. We are here to help, therefore please don't hesitate to contact our office with any questions.
