Worst service ever
Worst service ever. After a few weeks where we were happy with our internet connection, we received a tag to return the modem saying we asked for terminate the service. It is untrue. We now have to send back the modem and ask for a new contract if we want to receive a new modem within we have no clue how many weeks even so it is crucial for us to have internet at home for our work. Zero service.

The bandwidth fluctuates constantly and its always very slow. The WiFi router is inappropriate for an apartment as it covers only the room its in.
Due to these inconveniences I will have to change internet provider.

Il est dommage de venir nous laisser un mauvais avis une fois que le problème a été résolu. 😕
Suite à ton absence lors du passage du technicien, tu n'as pas souhaité replanifier un autre rdv. Nous avons donc rétracté ta commande, et nous t'avons remboursé.

I like it, didn't face any problems.
Just give advice to make the router with two network 2,4 and 5 hrtz.
Because the router was switch between them automatically wich affect my calls on WhatsApp.
