Extremely disappointing

Location: The place is significantly smaller than it appears in photos and on Instagram, which feels misleading and creates completely false expectations.

Atmosphere: Very disappointing, especially given the hype and the “high-class” image it promotes online. We visited for my best friend’s birthday, expecting something special, but the reality did not match at all. Guests were casually dressed in T-shirts and hoodies, which didn’t align with the advertised concept. The cleanliness was poor—dirty chairs and a bathroom that was unclean and without hand soap. At one point, four waiters were standing at the bar clearly bored, and one of them plucked a hair out of another waiter’s beard in front of guests. It was shocking, unhygienic, and extremely unprofessional. We also saw other guests leave during our visit.

Food & Drinks: The food was okay, but nothing more than that. The cocktails were good and one of the few positives of the experience.

Service: Poor and dismissive. We asked to change tables because we were seated directly in front of the kitchen, and were refused outright with no attempt to help or offer alternatives. This was particularly frustrating as there were only three occupied tables in the entire restaurant at the time, so accommodating the request should have been very easy. Overall, the staff seemed disengaged and uninterested in guests.

Value: Not worth the hype or reputation at all, especially considering the service, cleanliness, and overall experience.

Wait Time: The QR code ordering system was frustrating and unreliable. We had to pay upfront, and the system failed twice before going through, causing unnecessary delays.

Overall: A very disappointing experience, especially given the expectations from Instagram and the occasion of a birthday celebration. The gap between the online image and reality is significant, and combined with the lack of professionalism and basic hygiene, it is difficult to recommend.
