Don’t recommend!

Don’t recommend!! They say the delivery is 1-3 days, well after a week i received a notification that they just sent the package. It did not arrive on time for me. Just go on another site

Would not recommand

I ordered a custom paint-by-numbers canvas from zuty.ro, and unfortunately, my experience was not good.
One of the colors I received was incorrect, which directly affected the final result. I sent clear explanations and photos showing exactly where the issue was, but instead of resolving it quickly, I only received generic replies and was bounced around between emails.
I clearly communicated that I urgently needed the correct color to finish the canvas, but this request was not prioritized.
Overall, customer support was slow and ineffective, and the issue was not resolved in a reasonable timeframe.
For a custom product, such errors and lack of response are unacceptable.
I do not recommend this company if you need reliability and prompt customer support.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE – IT’S A SCAM!

I had the absolute worst experience with zuty.bg. They don’t reply to messages and you have to chase them endlessly just to get any response (if you’re lucky). After putting in so much time and effort, they still wouldn’t return my money.

To make things worse, they never even sent the product I paid for. Not only was it not delivered on time, but it NEVER arrived at all. The tracking numbers and emails they provided were completely fake. I'm not sure if this company even exists - it’s a total scam! Save your money and stay far away.

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service, tried contacting them on social media, and every time I get redirected to contact them via email and when I contact them there, they are either dodging my questions regarding the order or not responding at all.

Extremely dissatisfied with their services

I don’t even know where to begin. To sum it up I would say that the store is terrible and I would NOT dare to order again.
I ordered a present for my aunt’s 50 birthday. On the site they mentioned that the delivery would take up to 1-3 business days. I was still concerned whether it would arrive on time and I wrote them a couple of emails asking about it and I received no answer at first. Then I contacted them on Facebook, only to be redirected to the email, in which they were not answering my questions. I received a response later on and of course my main question was unanswered so I asked a couple more times and they always dance around the topic without specifying anything. The result from all of this is that I received the gift I ordered when the birthday was already over. I did specify the situation to them and they did not care at all. I then asked to speak to a manager and mentioned that not having a phone number on their website is against the law and suddenly I received a call from them offering me compensation for next purchase ( as if I would go through this hell of a customer support experience again). Their attitude is absolutely negative, they do not care about their customer at all and they don’t even put the real customer reviews on their website. If you check it - you will see only positive ones which is misleading and against the customer rights as well. If you check their Facebook community section you will see some complaints regarding this too.
