Great Customer Service

Great Customer Service!
The delivery service was facing some delays (software issue), so we didn't get the parcel delivered within one working day. When I contacted the people from customer service, Bea was super helpful and followed up for me. In the end, the parcel only had one day delay and Bea called me back at the promised time with a follow up call - really nice to get this kind of service.

Great service and custom service.

Great service and accommodating the changes to make it a customised order tailored to our requirements, delivery was prompt and within the time schedule laid out by the store, The delivery driver was helpful in taking the pallet through to the garage which is about 50m from the road. All in all I heartily recommend using this store.
