onbekwaam en onbeleefd

Verschillende malen fouten in de offerte. Afgeblaft worden aan telefoon. Gelukkig heb ik na veel aandringen hen kunnen laten inzien dat de breedte van de lamellen niet klopte, anders kon alles de prullenbak in.
Vervolgens moest ik bijbetalen voor extra lamellen, maar bij levering bleek dat ik een 14-tal lamellen teveel had gekregen, waardoor ik dus 3-400 euro teveel heb betaald. Wederom na vele emails en telefoontjes weigeren ze de fout te herkennen. "het automatische berekeningssysteem rekent het altijd correct uit". Niet dus. Geen reactie op email en ingebrekestelling.
