Avoid this company and any of its products. We bought a set of pans. We opened and the pans were scratched. Emailed the customer service and they said they only served the USA, called the UK phone and they said that they did not stock the products and should go to the place we bought. What?

Feels like a scam operation where they wash their hands about the products.

Disappointing Quality

I purchased two toasters and both the original and replacement that I purchased were faulty!

As both toasters exhibited similar faults (the outer elements not heating up to the same temperature as the inner elements) I would expect that this is a common problem with this model. The second toaster also had the additional fault of burning the toast on all settings.

I was impressed with the design and build of the toaster but unfortunately this is let down by poor quality control.

Terrible customer service

Do not under any circumstances buy their products!

We ordered a set of Motion Ceramic pots and pans directly from Zwilling.
The order arrived and one of the frying pans had a scuff mark in the surface, so we started a return process.
First off, their email system kept blocking the pictures (regardless of file format) that I was asked to send them, resulting in me being told that the warranty couldn't proceed.
Eventually we got past that and a return authorisation was started.
I specifically asked if I should send back the full set or just the pan - and was told by the customer services agent (who checked with their supervisor) to only send the pan. We did this - completing the form and sending what we thought was everything needed.
Eight weeks later and we still haven't heard anything about the claim, so I ring them again.
Turns out that I hadn't sent a "return authorisation number" - in no small part because, on the email that contained it, it was referred to as something else and there's nowhere on the return form to include the number!
Anyhow, we get through that and I'm told that something would be sent to me by the end of the week.
Only ... a couple of hours later I get an email saying "actually, you need to return the whole set so that we can process your claim"!
What?? After 8 weeks you tell me that?
Oh, and for good measure, this is after we have sent our previous set to recycling, so have no pots and pans to cook with!
I ring Zwilling and get a mostly unhelpful answer until the customer services person talks to their supervisor. I then get told that the need to send the whole set back is tied to the specific pan being out of stock at present!
OK, I can accept that as something that happens - but what am I supposed to do in the 4 weeks plus that they say a return typically takes to process? And they're also notorious for not allowing returns of products that are used - which, following the instructions/permission of the other customer services person back in Nov, they have been.
I asked why I can't just wait for the item to come back into stock ... which the person I was talking to couldn't answer. Or what about doing as the Zwilling website says they do and send "a similar product" - namely the 30cm pan that is in stock (vs the 26cm pan we're waiting for)?
So now I'm waiting for a supervisor to ring me back ... which I'm told will take up to 24 hours ...
Utterly hopeless customer service ... which is a shame as the pots and pans are actually not bad at all ...

False Claims By the Company in the US

The company claimed there would be free gift with a purchase of Staub products over certain amount for the Holidays. That turned out to be a lie. When I contacted the customer service regarding this issue, .The answer was that they ran out of the gifts!!

Zwilling, i want my 457 dollars back!

I bought a very expensive (made in Belgium) pot from Zwilling. To my disappointment, the pot had markings and defects and i had to return it. I sent it back and a month later Zwilling still has not put a credit on my credit card. I phoned them 6 times, and every time it's a different story, confused and/or misleading staff, contradictory information, blaming the bank for not processing the return when Zwilling has done their part properly. When they say they are going to do something or send me information, they never do and it requires another phone call. I just want my 457 dollars back, Zwilling! Are you trying to ruin your reputation on purpose, Zwilling?

I brought a ceramic pan

I brought a ceramic pan, it’s have some dirty marks and can’t remove it after used for few time. I want to return this frying pan because it didn't meet my expectations and isn't practical.

But CS said that the pan has been used and can’t return or refund. It’s not reasonable, because it still in grarantee period. So I will never buy from ZWILLING.

Disappointing

I got a Zwilling Forte pot 3 years ago and the nonstick coating started disintegrating around the rim. I inquired with Zwilling customer service and they said it would be eligible for replacement under warranty, if I shipped it back at my expense. I did so (cost about $40), but they sent back a pot that was smaller (2 quarts instead of 4 quarts). When I asked what happened, they said the original pot was out of stock. Their policy does say "product replacement may not be exact" if the item is not available. However when I looked that day the item was in stock on their website. If they had told me I would get a smaller item I would not have sent it back.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, there was an issue with their website and they overcharged (by a 100$) for my order, and I messaged them to cancel within minutes and was faced with no response, then on the phone some were nice but unhelpful, others were downright mean despite my being very civil. And no solution was ever found. I really do not recommend buying from this brand, and now understand their terrible reviews on trust pilot.

Overpriced knives with poor quality control

They offered a free knife for reviewing a purchase I made on the official website. After going through the trouble of writing a detailed review, including photos and a video to add additional context, sent an email simply stating that the review was "moderated" and not published – without any further information or opportunity to edit it. I can only assume then that they only allow *positive* reviews on the website.

Especially when it's a poorly made $200 knife, with rough edges around the handle that bite into skin.
I ordered one of their Twin Signature knife block sets in the past and the knives had chips and gouges in the handles from the factory! Very disappointing quality, wish I could upload photos here to show what a waste of $200 the knife was.

Accusing Customers Instead of Taking Responsibility – False Claims and Poor Service

I bought a Zwilling knife set on 21 August 2025. After only three weeks of normal use, the large knife developed rust spots. I reported the issue to Zwilling on 10 September 2025 with photos and a detailed explanation.

Instead of acknowledging a possible manufacturing or quality defect, Zwilling replied by accusing me of improper handling, such as washing the knife in a dishwasher or storing it incorrectly — which is not true. I have never washed the knives in a dishwasher. All knives were hand-washed, dried immediately and stored properly.

They also told me that everything would be fine if I bought a special stainless-steel cleaner at my own cost. In one of their emails, they even claimed that the product had been used for five months, which is simply false — I contacted them less than three weeks after purchase.

To prove proper care, I even provided photos of the other knives from the same set (no rust at all) and mentioned that I own several Zwilling knives for over 8 years — none have ever shown this kind of issue.

Despite all this, they refused a refund or replacement and continued to blame me. My first review submission on their website was never published, which raises concerns about censorship of honest customer feedback.

Don’t buy their battery spice mill

Don’t buy their battery spice mill, it’s totally rubbish. My first one only used three month where the second faulty another three months later. No luck that I lost the receipt and result in no warranty and repairing service. Opening it up by myself, guess it is a design/material failure and caused the break down.

Slice and Dice Price

It was easy to navigate the Website and to place an order. I have very good experience with son's Zwilling's knife set.

So, when I saw this sal I said to myself, "Great knife, Great price!" So I bought it to add to my collection.

Avoid them and buy elsewhere!

I purchased a coffee maker (with press) from this online shop, and it was defective: when pouring the liquid, it did not flow normally, running along the coffee maker and spilling from the bottom.

From the moment I reported the problem, I was first met with insults to my intelligence, as if I needed to be taught how to use a coffee maker. Secondly, attempts were made to shift focus away from the product defect, trying to frame it as a change of mind regarding the purchase. Why? So they would not have to reimburse the cost of returning the product.

Now, they claim to have processed the refund for the product, but they have stated that they will not reimburse the return shipping costs.

The worst online shopping experience of my life. Avoid them and buy elsewhere. They sell their products, making them appear high-quality, which they are absolutely not.
