The products aren't bad but no functioning warranty.

The products aren't bad. Occasionally, with any product, things break under warranty, and one needs to make a warranty claim. Don't bother. There is nobody home. In reality, there is no functioning product warranty.

I am rather certain, judging by the multiple correspondence I have had with Zwilling Customer Service -- that there is only an AI response and that their is actually NO person or activity that takes place for warranty or product replacement. Now for three months, they have promised my replacement knife is being shipped "very soon", but never a tracing number. Three months ago, they said I would receive my replacement "in 7 to 10 days. "

Trust Pilot says they will contact Zwilling with my review. Zwilling wont respond the that notification either, except for a short apologetic AI response. That is because there is no one home at Zwilling Customer Service. Just an AI that writes emails.

Customer service is TERRIBLE

Customer service is TERRIBLE. The wait time is nearly an hour. The people on the phone speak to you as if they are talking to a peasant.

Their "hassle free" returns is a lie. They expect you to handle ALL of the return details. You are expected to pay for all returns, regardless of the reason and you have to contact them back with shipping information which necessitates another call and lengthy hold.

Save yourself the headache and do not give this company your money.

Pan came damaged

Pan came damaged, sought to return it, Zwilling refused to provide prepaid return label. Phone calls, emails, chats all 3rd party and unhelpful.

Edit: They did eventually provide a return label as a “one-off exception”. Their return terms do state returns are on the customer’s dime even for damaged products. I would never expect that from a premium brand.

Do not deal with this company.

This is absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had, to the point that I actually flagged Zwilling on my credit card because I thought I'd been scammed by a spoofed webpage or something. I ordered a knife set for my mother in November because of a great Black Friday deal and because the website promised delivery in 2-4 days. The delivery window came and went, and when I checked the tracking number, I saw a delivery date scheduled for December 12 (more than 2 weeks after the order date). This was a problem, as I was going out of town on the 11th. After several days of having friends and neighbours check my doorstep and no delivery update using the tracking number, I filed a claim with the courier. I got home on December 16 to find the long-awaited box on my doorstep... with entirely the wrong knife set inside. Not wrong as in, "I ordered brown and they sent black," but not even the correct number or type of knives, and of course it was a cheaper set than I'd paid for. I called the customer service number on the website, and was told that I would have to send proof that they had messed up! The woman I spoke to was rude, dismissive, and unapologetic, but told me that as soon as I sent pictures of the packing slip and the product I received, they would send me more information on how to proceed. She would not commit to a refund, or agree to send the correct product in time for Christmas. I sent the pictures as requested, and 24 hours later I still had no further communication. I followed up again by phone, speaking to the same rude woman, and she verified that the pictures had been received and they would send me instructions for an exchange. I asked again if they could send the correct product promptly so that I would have a Christmas gift for my mother, and again she refused to answer but said she would send instructions as soon as we were off the phone. At this point I was fed up and said I just wanted a refund. She said okay, she'd send me refund instructions. Didn't tell me how to ship the product or let me know if it would be a pre-paid label. Once again, I waited 24 hours and no email arrived. I called a third time and the customer line just said nobody was available and hung up on me. By this time I was convinced that I'd been scammed and sent an email informing them that I would be proceeding with a chargeback and fraud complaint via Amex. That got me a response within an hour, with a PDF shipping label, and a long email explaining how I was to be responsible for return shipping costs, and that it would take 3-5 weeks - WEEKS! - for my refund to be processed. However, the label appeared to be pre-paid, so I took a chance at FedEx and dropped it off. I didn't have to pay anything, but the package was delivered and signed for nearly 2 weeks ago, and I have yet to receive any further communication, much less a refund. You're likely worrying that my poor, elderly mother had an empty stocking on Christmas Day. Have no fear! I ordered a higher-quality set on Amazon for a similar price. They delivered in 36 hours. Zwilling is so incompetent that they then emailed me repeatedly, asking for a review of the product that they never sent. I submitted the saga I relayed above, and they refused to publish it. You can't make this stuff up.

If I could give less than 1 star

If I could give less than 1 star, I would! 7 calls later trying to return a Christmas present that arrived damaged. If I didn't call and call and call, nothing would happen. Still after pictures and 7 calls, wait for someone to review the case and then determine if they can be returned. We actually think we received a returned DEFECTIVE product. STAY AWAY!!!

First

First, shipping took too long (about two weeks from my order). Then the was not easy, they charge restocking and they make you ship it back on your own.

You can get their products from other retailers, so I would do that.

Total nightmare

Total nightmare. Same as happened to other people. Canceled order before left warehouse. Said they could not cancel and shipped anyway. Made me pay for shipping back. Customer service absolutely useless. Never, ever but anything from this company again...

Great cookware, HORRIBLE customer service

While I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Demeyere cookware that I purchased, their shipping department and customer service are a whole other issue. They are the WORST. And they DONT’T CARE that they’re the worst. And they don’t really even try to hide the fact that they don’t care. I ordered a saucepan which has been lost in transit by DHL (don’t me started on DHL) for a week already and all zwilling will say is that it looks like it will take longer to arrive than expected. Well, yeah, I’m not calling because it arrived early or on time dummy! And I’ve complained 3x and gotten the same brick wall. So, my advice, if you really want to purchase one of their products, do yourself a favor and find a store that carries it. Buy it locally or order through that retailer but just avoid Zwilling at all costs. Their membership points are a joke and the prices aren’t any different so you lose nothing and gain everything by avoiding them.

Why didn't I read these reviews before…

Why didn't I read these reviews before placing my order?
The cast iron I ordered was placed on top of a ceramic nail file and a knife. When I called for return for refund. They said the shipping fee would be on me. They do NOT accept online returns to the btand's store. The shipping for 3-5kg item would be almost for the price of the item. Also, henckles iron cast is made in China, it isn't mentioned on their website. Very disappointed and will never order again.

Stay away from Zwilling

I ordered one Staub baking set online since the Zwilling website offers "huge" discount. However, 3 hours later I found the retailer in Burnaby BC is selling 20-50% cheaper than "best price ever" online prices for any of their products. I called the customer services immediately to cancel the order. I was told that "the order cannot be cancelled, even though it has not shipped." I asked if I could return the items, and I was told that there would be a charge to return the items. meanwhile, I have to pay the shipping cost at my own expenses. However, he said he would escalate this matter to his manager, and his manager will call me by the end of day. Nothing have happened within a week.

This is not the way a reputable company should do the business. They are cheating and disrespect the customers. Stay away from this company if you can.

Disappointed with Misrepresentation and…

Disappointed with Misrepresentation and Poor Service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The product listing clearly showed pictures of a pot included with the item, which influenced my decision to purchase. However, the pot was not included, making the listing misleading and dishonest.

To make matters worse, after spending $200 on the product, I was told I would need to spend another $200 just to get the pot shown in the pictures. And when I requested a return, they expected me to pay for the return shipping. It is unacceptable to mislead customers and then place additional financial burdens on them.

This entire experience has been frustrating, and the lack of accountability from the company is shocking. I will not be purchasing from them again and strongly caution others to be wary of their deceptive practices.

The Enfinigy milk foamer is a disappointing product

The enfinigy milk foamer is not a very good product.
I do not recommend buying it.
The container is very large and not suitable for smaller quantities of milk e.g. for just one cup.
When filled with a larger quantity of milk, it just does not heat up the milk properly.
Plusses: made of solid stainless steel, no pfas used.
You can take out the container out of the heater unit which makes it easy to clean.
Overall: I expected a better product from this renowned company.

Dishonest Buying Process

I ordered, then immediately canceled, two knives. Even though the order was cancelled within 5 minutes, Zwilling would not cancel the order and refund the amount they took from my credit card.

I called to talk to customer service, who told me that "the order cannot be cancelled, even though it has not shipped." I asked if I could return the items, and I was told that there would be a charge to return the items.

This is not a reputable company to business with. If there is a problem with your purchase and you want to cancel, you will be stuck with the merchandise.

A barely 3-year old $180 6-slice…

A barely 3-year old $180 6-slice toaster oven is now, ironically, toast. Phoning them is a waste of time. My opinion? over-priced appliances, useless warranties.

The days of reliable small appliances are over.
