Great mattress and unbelievably good service

I've just bought a new mattress from Zwoong (160x220 Deluxe) and although it seemed much softer than our old mattress (we thought we liked good, firm mattresses), we have slept better for the last three nights than we have for some time. We are enveloped in comfort.
On top of this, delivery in the Netherlands was remarkably quick and free. I had stupidly ordered the wrong size mattress protector and the people at Zwoong customer service were incredibly accommodating. They organised the return via UPS and shipped a newly ordered protector the same day. They were both friendly and helpful. If I had more stars to give, I would. Bravo Zwoong!
