Chinese sh1t

Chinese shit
Premium price for the usual ebay quality tat. The image quality is so poor that several times we've been the victims of crime right under the camera and the quality is so poor you can't recoginse any details about the people who just look like blurs. Registrations that are easy to read looking out the window are not readable at all on the camera. The output might be 8Mp but that's no good if the entire image is covered in compression artifacts.
Phone app is buggy, web interface is worse.
Help desk no help at all, they cant help as it's the camera that is no use not some kind of setup issue.

Spent 1500 pounds on zxtech nvr system…

Spent 1500 pounds on zxtech nvr system with sony starvis cameras. Only to find out they won't operate ddns on new sky hub would have to purchase 3rd party router. Nothing is stated about this and the instructions are rubbish left with a big pile of scrap.

Fine until it's not

The incorrect network cables were suplied for external use. Tried 3 times including sending pictures. No correspondence for a week! I wouldn't use them again
