At the core of Zyberno is the Brina Gap, a proprietary valuation framework published by founder Fabio Brina on Zenodo and SSRN. The Brina Gap measures the difference between a company's Fundamental Growth Rate, calculated as ROIC multiplied by Reinvestment Rate, and its Market-Implied Growth Rate derived via reverse DCF on enterprise value. When the market is pricing in growth the business cannot fundamentally deliver, the Brina Gap identifies the divergence. This makes mispricing measurable rather than intuitive.
