The service was framed as an all-inclusive offering, but in reality, everything beyond the initial Framer landing page fell short - in design quality and overall value. When I raised concerns early and requested a refund, they offered only a partial refund that didn’t reflect how little work had actually been delivered relative to the total amount paid. Not a good fit for early-stage teams looking for reliable execution and fair post-sales support.
