Deposit is stuck since 21 days with no resolution. Support system is terrible with no resolution or commitment to resolve it. Same auto generated text messages that we are looking into it. Will reply in few hours with a resolution but it has passed 5 days but everyday they share the same message during their normal UST hours and during IST time they never reply. It's such a shame that this level of scam is happening. They are just luring deposits. I don't know what should I do. Can't even mail zynex/tapas that this is the issue. The email system is broken. It keeps on replying the same auto email to share the details and sometimes withdrawal details are asked for a deposit issue. I'm so stupid to deposit such a big amount in such a stupid and shady broker. 😔😔 Every day feels so tough because of this

I made a UPI deposit of $500, equivalent to ₹47,883, to the UPI

The payment was successfully completed through Phone Pay. However, when I returned to the Zynex app to enter the UTR, the payment window had refreshed/closed, so I could not submit the UTR.

The amount has been debited from my bank account but is not showing in my Zynex trading account.
I am messaging from last 4 days since there is no support from zynex team

I am done deposit 1000$ and make 900$ profit then I try withdraw it takes 4 days and rejected and again I try for withdrawal and from last 5 days still pending its big scame broker please do not deposit because waste of money

I cancelled the request and again placed the request, now its again 2 days and that request is still on awaiting confirmation, the main thing is i deposited 1000 and made 2700 profit and i am really scared because people are posting every where that their withdraw is being denied by saying bonus abuse, i havent abused the bonus i have only traded based on tapas bhai tips , but what if zynex uses bonus abuse as a reason to deny my withdraw and save money? **⚠️ Think Twice Before Depositing Significant Funds — My Experience With Zynex**

I have been using Zynex for approximately three weeks, and my experience has changed dramatically as the amount of money involved increased.

Initially, I deposited around **$1,000**, traded successfully, and increased my balance to approximately **$3,000**. At that stage, I was able to withdraw funds, and the process appeared to work fairly well.

Because of that experience, I became more comfortable with the platform and eventually increased my investment to approximately **$10,000**. After making a profit, I submitted a withdrawal request. At that point, the bonus was removed and my withdrawal was rejected, with **KYC/verification** given as the reason.

I initially accepted this explanation and assumed it was simply part of the verification process.

Unfortunately, my experience became much more concerning afterward.

I later deposited another **$20,000** and, through my trading, increased the account balance to approximately **$70,000**. Since then, I have repeatedly attempted to withdraw my funds, but my withdrawal requests have been rejected and I have not received what I consider adequate support or meaningful responses to my emails.

Very bad support service. I have continuously mailing and sending them messages from last 10 days but there i received no response even a single time wrost coustomer service I have ever seen . So I request you to not to use this plateform If you will face any problem there will be no one to help you as how much you send messages and also not even tapas won't see your message and he help you . Stay away from this broker

Fraud company holded my profit 393$ and given reason bonus abused. There is no support not a single response from email and whatapp. Only giving bonus and attract customers at the time of withdrawal you will face lot of problems might be they close your account.

I am a genuine trader who trades with multiple brokers and can provide my full trading history and statements to prove my legitimacy. However, @ZynexFX is holding my funds unfairly

Here is the timeline of what happened:

First Deposit: I deposited money but incurred a full loss in that account.
Second Deposit: The next day, I made another deposit and generated a net profit of $1,630.
The Block: When I requested to withdraw my total balance of $2,430 (comprising $800 of my own real balance + $1,630 profit), they blocked it citing "Bonus Abuse."
Even I can show the all the my statement of my another broker which I use regularly for evidence.
