You requested a refund for your Singapore VPS, and we clearly informed you that refunds are processed within 1–2 weeks, or alternatively, we could provide credits or India-based services. You declined those options and chose to wait for the refund.

During the processing period, you mass-pinged staff, attempted to bring negative attention through YouTubers, and triggered network-related abuse, which created additional operational issues and delays for our team.
Due to this behavior, your account was reviewed and—based on our policy—we were unable to continue offering a refund or replacement.

We always aim to treat every client with respect and fairness, but we also expect the same in return.
If you are willing to communicate calmly and professionally, we are open to reviewing your case again through our official support channels.

Every server is fully isolated and secured under strict virtualization policies, making such actions impossible.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience you and your team experienced 🙏. During the period of your hosting, our services were in the middle of a major infrastructure shift from Tata to OVH to provide stronger uptime, lower ping, and enhanced DDoS protection. ⚡

Your service has already been shifted to our OVH Ryzen 9 5900X lineup on a temporary basis, and as an apology we’ve compensated with +10 extra days on your premium plan.

Please note — our budget systems are still in transfer motion from Tata to OVH, which may cause temporary instability. Once the migration is fully complete, all plans will benefit from much more stable performance.

We saw you just have been brought a 16 gb ram 2 cpu Intel Xeon E5-2667 V4 and 80 gb disk VPS Hosting Services in that there isnt any chance of running a game server host with 2 cpu only!
