Pleasantly surprised! I have been looking for some alternative website creation tools instead of squarespace and wordpress and I just happened to see Zyro recommended somewhere. I thought I'd give it a shot and actually really enjoy the building process and the publishing.
I've run into a few bugs but the help is very responsive. I'd definitely recommend zyro to most people.

Really happy with Zyro
I have been using zyro for only a month but for now, my expirience with them is fantastic. I was hesitating between shopify and zyro but I chose zyro for the competitive price and I don't regret it! The team is very kind, if you have any doubt while you create your website they always help you really soon and the aesthetic of my website and shop... I think is really professional and beautiful! I hope they integrate more free apps in the future but I'm really happy with Zyro, I really recommend it!

After first doubts positive impressed
I was having doubts in the beginning, because the prices looks so cheap, that you wait for problems showing up. Also never heard anything about Zyro before. Because of their pay-back garanty, if you dont feel comfortable, I gave Zyro a chance ...
I am impressed. Best service team ever I saw at a hosting and serivce team (and I am not a VIP service user). They reply fast, go behind the problems, solving the problems - all by live-chat - and after the chat get closed, you receive an mail with all informations. This is acting, like the word "service" really deserves.
The program is simple but because of this very easy to use. None problems to understand, and possible to create in less time a really nice looking website.
All the time you receive new roll outs, with new possibilities.
Those people behind are really moving forward, to keep Zyro in short time for sure in each mouth - by program, service and the ideas behind.

It seems that even though you managed to successfully cancel the subscription, you still left the domain's autorenewal on. All Zyro domains have auto-renewal enabled by default to ensure uninterrupted domain service (in case you forget to renew the domain manually). For the same reason, the renewal fee is charged 30 days before the domain's expiration date.
We canceled your domain autorenewal and issued a refund which will reach your bank account within 20 business days.

They take your money to host your site and then immediately suspend your site for a bogus breach of their “terms”. Entirely bogus.
To add insult to injury, they promise to refund you, which, surprise surprise, never arrives.
Avoid these wannabe gangsters like the plague.
