Spoke to Maxine re our home phone going straight to voicemail without ringing & because we are elderly we are reliant on it.maxine assured us that by tomorrow incoming calls to our landlines would no longer go to voicemail very helpful as we are away until 1stJuly& friends residing at our house who are also elderly need a landlines connection.Thank you for you service T&C kennelly

Zzoomm engineers arrived as planned 10 days ago to connect me to their network but were unable to do so as there was no terminal outside my house. They were most apologetic and said someone would be in touch to rearrange. What they failed to do was inform TalkTalk, my ISP, that the switchover had not taken place as planned so TalkTalk disconnected me. In the circumstances I'd hoped Zzoomm would act quickly but it has proved impossible to get anyone to tell me what's happening. I've sent 3 emails to the customer care team (they say they'll reply within 5 days - they don't), phoned them 4 times only to be told they can't help but someone will get back to me (no-one has) and then, having found the Field Sales Manager's email address, wrote to him. Not a peep. Unsurprisingly I've been unable to obtain the Managing Director's contact details from Zzoomm staff. Can anyone help?

Absolutely appalling customer service, I have been ringing for wks I pay for 1000 and I’m lucky if we get 170, today I have 9.3.Sent screenshots of mbps over days, wks showing how bad it is and zero response. Everytime I ring they say a manager is dealing with it and I have to wait, yet no one ever gets back to me.
Asked them to release me from my contract as they are not matching what is agreed and again ignored.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!

Having been with Zoom for a number of years now, I've always been really happy with their service and sung their praises to others when asked. However, I'm now into day 7 of an unresolved outage.
It appears to be device related rather than a network issue. I called support on day 1 and where I'd usually find myself able to talk to their local support team, I now found myself talking to a 1st line support call centre abroad. No issue with that, appreciate you want to have some level of triage. So we went through all the usual checks and restarts which took about an hour. The agent then informed me she'd have to refer this to their technical team and indicated someone from that team would reach out in the new couple of days.
I eventually received an email late on day 3 (I did call again on day 2 to try emphasise the urgency for me as I work from home). This email requested images of my router and fibre box lights, even though I would have expected this information would have been documented by the agent as part of the triage. I sent these in reply immediately.
I received no further comms from them, not even an acknowledgement. I then called back on day 5 which took me back to their first line support call centre. They were unable to provide any meaningful update and couldn't transfer me to the team investigating my issue. Their update to me was vague and non-commital.
I'm now at day 7 and no further forward with a distinct desire to exit out of my contract at the earliest possible time and go to another provider. A real shame as up to this point, always liked the support approach and the direct channel to local zzoomm support staff.

Zzoomm installation received today with their 1000
Mbps package to replace my previous Sky 150 and was immediately concerned with the length of time it took to just view Youtube with buffering and delayed page loading, so carried out a speed test and the result was 22Mps just a little short of the 1000Mps as promised.
Obviously a mistake to trust these guys so instructed their customer service retention agent after 35 minuites waiting on the phone that i wished to cancel my contract and return to Sky, at which point he said this would be actioned and i would receive an email to confirm this.
Well no surprise this did not happen either, fortunately i had the fortitude to record the conversation but it is a sad state of affair when this situation has to occur.

Been out of contract since August 2025 and kept meaning to call but forgetting and paying a very high price being out of contract. Got connected to Rachael who was lovely and very accommodating and got us a great deal for a further 24 months contract. Thank you for your help Rachael! ☺️
