I took my time in deciding to go with Rove Concepts, I dropped by their shop, I looked at their website and the reviews of their products. They are an online store and obviously prefer to offer their goods for sale this way. As a person over 50, I am still wary of this kind of selling and service. However, having done my research, I went ahead. I purchased online and found Ella to be very responsive and helpful. I then phoned in to give my visa details. This service was ok. I think a little more training would be helpful. The person in question did not seem able to assure me about delivery or why it was so expensive. She seemed unprepared to answer questions.
However, I am told that I will receive 'white glove' delivery service for my local delivery for the hefty price of $299. Having had 'white glove' delivery service before, I hope it lives up to my expectations.

As I said, so far so good. This table, I have ordered is still an expensive item compared to most dining room tables out there, and for me, it is my kitchen table. Generally, I did not feel that the service was in keeping with the price. Rove seems more interested in selling a commodity with little consumer service. Maybe, I will write another review after my table arrives, I may feel happier about the transaction at that point.
