This is misunderstanding company !!!

Booking process is horrible, no confirmation emails after booking at all (even not in SPAM).

Polish translation is poor and contains not real and confusing information, even worse, some option on the booking wizard are in opossite to the real status in their 'system'. Finally you can have tickets, confirmed after few days, with not baggage included etc. This is first booking agency where making screenshot from each option selection during booking can be veeery usefull with their helpdesk calls. Crazy...

Internet portal Flighttix.pl (but this is another entry to Flighttix.* portal), contains incorrect data, sometimes, initial booking number is different to this which is on the tickets and trip's document.

Call center can only repeat the information which are on portal... even if they are wrong they can't help you due to 'system'...

I used this firm ones, and will not for sure again.
