Their claim to fast reimbursement is a LIE
I submitted a claim on Jan 11th. Had to submit clearer photos and receipt again on the 13th (after I called to confirm status, NO ONE reached out saying I needed anything). Called again on Jan 20th - was given some BS about "Oh we need questions answered about the vet". It's been a week and no one reached out that you needed MORE information?
I get a random email on the 24th stating the generic "We are experiencing longer times for claim processing". How much freaking time do you need? You sure aren't delayed in taking your payment every month.
I call again today Jan 31st for a status up. They say now the processing times is 30-40 days out.
Good grief! A V O I D if you need your money like I do. I'm cancelling my account the moment my claim is finished processing.
