The young lady I spoke with around April 6-9 was so incredibly helpful and extremely detailed with her responses in regards to all my insurance questions. She definitely went above and beyond by following up later that week. Very impressive. I called back on April 16th and spoke to a gentleman, regarding additional questions I had and he too was also just as helpful. I'm truly amazed at how wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and personable the ASPCA staff is along with the insurance company they work with.
