Your customer representatives were…

Your customer representatives were awesome. It’s your process that baffles me as I did have a previous account for another pet that passed away over a year ago so that account was closed but why are you keeping that account like it’s still open and Keeping my billing (payment) information from that account. And that billing information had to be updated when I already paid for this first month for a different pet with a different payment method. That just doesn’t make any sense.
