I am so disappointed with you
I am so disappointed with you. I bought a wardrobe on the 14th of April and l was expecting my order to be delivered on the 17th of April and l have not received it till today. I have emailed you for a refund so l can order somewhere else but there is no response from you. I feel so disapppointed and fustrated at the same time

We did respond to every online message and email from you that we are aware of, maybe our replies got lost in your inbox. Our delivery partner for 2-person delivery of large goods (Wardrobe) did have some issues with delivery to you as we explained via emails. The item was delivered slightly late and we are very sorry that this couldnt have been rectified us or by the couriers. We hope that you ubderstand that we made every effort to push them to get a new delivery window for you.
