Thanks for your feedback, sorry that we needed to cancel the order. At busy times data can slow up when popular items get multiple sales within a few seconds on our vatious stores and stock gets depleted before the real-time stock and data get back to sync. In that time your sale would have gone through as we had stock at the time that you paid for it. Unfortunately sometimes with all internet sales, we can run out of stock before the system has set the item to a 0 count so your sale went through at he same time as another customers for the same item. We make every effort to avoid this happening but seasonal rushes can cause glitches.
