First and last order

Got sent wrong item, massive headache to return as i dont own a printer. Shame as i was looking to buy more items in the future, i wont be bothering now.

Thank you for your review. Now that I have your order number I was able to find your order and investigate what happened.

I apologise for the processor sending you the wrong bat. Obviously mistakes can happen and I'm sorry about that.

From the emails, it looks like you opted to receive a £10 refund for you to keep the bat. I understand it was a pain for you to return the bat, but the other solution would have been for us to post you a label.

Anyway, if you still want to return the bat, the offer is still open and we'll send you a label. Or if you're happy with the £10 and keeping the bat, that's fine too.
