Trying to exchange a coat

Trying to exchange a coat! Filled the online form out and the coat had been reduced so they were going to give me £6 back and exchange the coat. They’ve now increased the coat by £8!
Nowhere but nowhere is there a returns label ( they do returns for free). I’ve rang, left messages, E-mailed, used the automated returns system. Nothing!
Hopefully my bank and Trading standards will sort this.

Our prices can change daily to match the wider marketplace or due to changes in our supplier's pricing structure. Regarding your return, we apologise for any confusion caused by the self-service returns system. It mistakenly identified your exchange as a return request, and therefore, a prepaid label was not offered to you. However, we manually processed your request and provided you with a prepaid label along with a different-sized coat both at our own expense. We hope that you are satisfied with the product and our service. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
For the record, we don't do change-of-mind returns for free.
