I got pets best because it was a recommendation from my sister, as she said it was great insurance for my pet.

I know regret it and i'm very disappointment, as I will also be cancelling any insurance with this company.

It does not seem that any claims will ever be paid.

I took my dog to a vet clinic due to him being sick, and never got reimbursed.

Then I had to take him to the ER, and waited almost a month for my claims to be processed. I thought I would be getting reimbursed, as I have financial issues now due to me now working, come to find out whatever claim was paid went to my deductible which I did not know.

Im upset and disgusted with this company. i will never recommend to anyone I know. I rather just pay out of pocket, knowing that I will not get any money back.

Keep in mind all Accident and Illness policies have a Policyholder-chosen copay and deductible that must be met before reimbursing on eligible claims.
