Need to re-check expectations due to low attention to details
I have a mixed experience with my car maintenance.
On a sunny side, the web site and online communications are pretty convenient. I was asked about additional services I'd like to have during maintenance a day before or so and I picked few of them, some paid and one free (estimate trade-in cost). The execution time was also as expected.
When I arrived, the process of handing over a car was very easy, basically verifying phone number and giving the keys. The location is not great to get out of there without a car though. That's one downside.
The main problem is that all of my responses to their requests were disregarded, no additional services were performed. Nobody cared to apologize either. When I tried to get a trade-in estimate from one sales guy in the glass box there, he was too active to try sell another car to me rather then help me get an estimate of mine.
