Very pretty, singular cardigan, but shrinking wool
Although your website and items are just wonderful, I am disappointed for two reasons; as my pretty cardigan Susie Q( a dear gift by my son snd daughter in law, who introduced me to your website )had shrinked after being washed at 30° woolprogramm in my washing machine - as it is your advice), I ordered a new Cardigan. When it arrived today I realised sadly that it was not the same colour my former cardigan had ( sage green, but mine way a sort of brighter bluegreen). No problem,I thought, but when I sent it back, shipping costs were 16 €... So it seems hard to support a small, passionate business.

We understand it is frustrating when this happens. It is possible that the cardigan may shrink slightly. Both in our care label and in our product page we inform about the possible shrink percentage, but of course it makes us sad to hear. Wool is a natural material that can be very fragile when it comes to washing, we are aware of this.
Regarding the different colours on our cardigans. The shades of the colours can vary between the collections since we want to create more options. The shade may also vary because of the material, some cardigans are made of cotton and others of wool.
Like many other companies, we do not have the opportunity to offer free return shipping. We inform our customers about this in our terms, which you must approve before you make your purchase. We also want people to think twice when making their purchase because shipping has its share of the climate impact.
We hope to see you in emmy clothes in the future, we understand it cost a little bit more to support a small business, but we sure is passionate of what we do 😊
