On day one of NO internet the person I…

On day one of NO internet the person I spoke with offered no advice or help as his system was down & told me to phone tomorrow, Grrr. However, on day 2 I ad a brilliant female who diagnosed my problem & haad a new power cable sent & Eureka instant internet, brilliant.
