Our experience with 247 Home Rescue was great. Our boiler of 21 years stopped working. We called 247 who, after checking there wasn't any very young, elderly or vulnerable people at the address organised for an engineer to call. He rang when he was half an hour away and he tried to repair the boiler without success. He told me the options and we decided to have a new boiler fitted by 247. The engineer came prompt at 8.a.m. a day later. He was very friendly, respectful and professional . He explained what he was needing to do and made sure I knew when the water was being turned off and on. He completed the work, cleaned up checked the boiler worked correctly and talked me through the controls. A very positive experience using 247 from first contact. Would highly recommend.
